Wedding Day Service
The “Day of Service” coordinator will begin working on your wedding within 2 weeks of the event. This service includes the coordination of the logistics of rehearsal (if applicable) and the event day. As a day of coordinator, Bliss Celebration Consultants will ensure the following:

Visit event site(s) prior to the start of the event to ensure all vendors have appropriate directions for set up.

Develop detailed event timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and service workers for the event. Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks prior to event day.

Provide rehearsal supervision and management (3 hours).

On-site coordination and supervision at the event site(s) for up to 8 hours on the day of the event.

The “day of service” consultant will not be responsible for planning the event, decorating, set up/clean up, making payments to vendors, or running errands.
Full Coordination Package
The Full Coordination Package Includes:

With the Event Styling Package, our consultants will create a unique design for your special event. They will plan, prepare, and execute but creating a Visual Plan, procuring all decor elements and vendors, and execute the final phase of decor, producing an event that is unforgettable.
